Nazava Water Filters & Nazava PROT3CT are trademarks of Nazava Water Filters PTE LTD. Nazava provides a limited lifetime warranty on drinking water filters, subject to the following conditions:

How to Report Warranty

Scope
- Within Indonesia, Kenya, and the European Union Nazava will if possible replace any broken item free of charge.
- If for any reason the part cannot be replaced for free Nazava will provide the following options
- The consumer gets their money back
- The consumer pays for (a part ) of the shipping costs of the broken part
- It’s recommended to activate the warranty immediately upon receiving the product for swift assistance. Timely activation of the warranty is crucial but it is never too late to activate the warranty and consent to our privacy policy.
- If purchased spare parts become damaged, the warranty coverage starts from the date of purchase.

Receiving goods
have been checked before the goods are shipped.
Sellers of Nazava water filters can exchange damaged or broken products in the following ways.
- Products that have been received by the seller, must be re-checked no later than 7 days after the goods are received. After 7 days, complaints cannot be followed up.
- If you find damage or incomplete, report immediately to Nazava by sending a photo of the damaged or incomplete part.
- Nazava Water Filters LTD PTE, its subsidiaries or authorized distributors will replace damaged or incomplete product parts in the next shipment without being charged shipping costs.
warranty claims
- Customer distributors will be served better and faster if resellers always make sure the warranty is activated or resellers send customer data to Nazava manually.
- Resellers can immediately replace damaged products, Nazava will send new products to the reseller’s address.
- Resellers must have a supply of spare parts in accordance with reseller rules.
